HD-VFS
Vial Filling and Rubber Stopper
Machine(Servo Type)
HD-VFS Series are in-line filling and rubber stopper machine with continuous motion positive in-line transport system and suitable for filling liquid solution into cylindrical vials and for inserting rubber stopper. The machine can handle all sizes of vials and HD-VFS Series secure high efficiency and safe production.
CHARATERISTICS
- Accurate piston dosing filling system (Servo attached to individual piston dosing)
- Prevent liquid products contamination by the minimized contact area with liquid medicine.
- Prevent contamination by drop prevention system of liquid products.
- Convenience can be guaranteed by using jog and inching for manual operation.
- Easy to clean each filling parts by combining connection pipe of filling part with clamp.
- Easy & quick to change parts according to bottle sizes.
- Use STS316L at contact surface to rubber stopper
- Increase production efficiency with precisely inserting rubber stopper by vacuum gripper.
- Machine management by 3 leveled grades of worker, manager and supervisor
- In compliance with GMP regulations.
