The HD-BSFC series have a line type that automatically performs all operations from vial transfer, filling and capping, thus providing convenience and efficiency. Multi-stage filling is available according to the filling amount of the product. It is a charging system in which the filling nozzle moves according to the flow velocity of the moving vial. It is easy to adjust the filling amount and the height of the filling nozzle and the capping head by using a server motor for individual piston dosing.

In case of no vial, filling and capping stops automatically. Because noise is low and durability is good, high production output is maintained stably. This machine complies to GMP regulations and is designed to have a precise structure because it is manufactured in accordance with international safety standards.
